Till yesterday I could choose different Spotify tracks for each Sonos Play:1 via Sonos App and play them at the same time.

Now, every time I play a Spotify track all other devices stop playing and only one device can play Spotify. 

I also observed that I am no longer able to make own playlists in Sonos App with Spotify tracks.

Anyone having the same problem and solved it?

 

Update: Desktop App on PC is not working with Spotify. Here I am getting about a problem while adding a track to play queue.

I had a very long call with the support with lots of checks incl reboot of everything. They also checked the functionality on my PC via remote access and their own Spotify account, which worked in their side. So far no solution, but problem is forwarded to L2 support. Let's see what they can analyse with the couple of diagnosis reports I send during the call.

Update: Don’t know what happened, but it’s working for now. My devices rage from 10 to 3 years. Tried all this from the mobile app. 


Just tried it on my side: Desktop App is now working again and can add tracks to play queue.

So far I can still use one device at the same time (playing on next speaker will stop running ones) and play queue is still not available on mobile app.

Looks like they are working on it, let's see when everything is back to normal 


And it finally also works again on mobile app. Looks like every functionality is back and running smoothly:

- play queue works on mobile app

- I can play different Spotify tracks on several Sonos devices on the same time

I did nothing in my side, it just works again. Maybe devs in the background worked on it and changed something.
