Playing MP3 on Sonos One

It seems like One only supports certain services.  I have MP3 recordings of accompaniment I want to sing with.  How do I do that with Sonos One?

Add it to the library that the Sonos One is set up to read on your local Hard Drive or NAS, then create a new playlist with that mp3.

Thank you.  Right now, the only directions are how to link services, so any advice on how to set up the read on hard drive?
