Trying to play music from itunes on my pc through my Sonos Era 300.

It would appear itunes is able to identify the speaker, but when selected there is no output.

The Era 300 is labelled “Living Room”

However, there’s some possibility that the implementation of AirPlay 2 given to the Windows machines for connection has issues, based on the threads in this forum. If the previous suggestion I made doesn’t clear the issue, I’d certainly submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, Sonos’ lawyers get sensitive about GDPR, I suspect.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I think I just explained in your other thread how to reboot your network. I’d try that first, it sounds like there may be an issue with your Era 300 which might be cleared by following that process.
