Got a playbar, reset

It cos I'm the new owner

 Now having trouble signing in as one

What did  Sonos Support say, when you called in to discuss it? That might give us a direction in which to assist you.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
