pandora is not working

Pandora always skips. I have a pandora app on my iphone and it plays perfectly there, but on sonos it plays 2-3 songs, gives an error and stops. Is anything wrong with sonos?

It’s likely an issue with your speaker maintaining a connection to the Pandora servers, for some reason. I’d start with a network refresh. Unplug all Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then plug in your Sonos devices. Wait another two minutes, then check your Sonos for updates, and after applying them, test.

If you’re still having issues, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
