pandora connectivity trouble

Happy New Year!

I recently got a new Sonos system Era 100, I cannot seem to get the Pandora issue to connect and it seems I’ve troubleshot it all

 

  1. Location Address is in my profile
  2. rebooted router / internet
  3. logged in properly to pandora- even states that you are all set, but once it goes back to the Sonos app it says didn’t connect properly 
  4. restarted app multiple times

whats next gang? Any assistance appreciated

As a further guess, is there any chance there is some port blocking going on, such as VPNs, work profiles, virus protection apps, or the like? It sounds like the Sonos system is properly reaching the Pandora authorization servers, but not reaching the Pandora music servers.
