Trying to log on but not recognized as owner, why? Only account holder

I’m having the same problem. Did you figure it out by any chance? 

Same Problem here and can not access our playbar or home sound system! Very frustrating!

 

I’ve seen some posts that suggest ‘transferring’ the account to the same email seems to work. Can’t vouch for this, I’ve not seen this issue on my system.
