not recognised as system owner

Since the release of the new app, I can register at Sonos but am not recognised as system owner for all functions.

Several functions are requesting the registration as system owner… but even entering the same credentials again does not make a change.

Reinstalling, deleting the cache… no effect.

Is there any work-around available or do we have to wait for an update?

This happened to me

 

somehow, my email address got altered by one letter in my keychain or password file.

 

took me a week to notice it

 

as soon as i corrected it , it all worked normal

 

just mention this in case this has happened
