I signed up for the app, my e-mail is verified and i have an account, but I still can’t play music through the device from Pandora. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Thanks for checking in, buzz. The device I’m using is my iPhone. Not sure what you mean by controller, but the Sonos equipment is a Play 1. Thanks again.
The controller @buzz is asking about is the Sonos app, which comes in two varieties, S1 and S2. It’s helpful to know you’re using an iOS version, but that extra bit of knowledge would be equally helpful, even if you just tell him the color of the icon for the Sonos app, as they’re different for each version.
