Hi. I own a Sonos Arc, Beam, and 2 Sub Minis. All were purchased recently and working fine until all of a sudden the IOS app continually asks for owner log in and I am the owner! Also if I click on System it says no products registered. Everything is on the same network with the same email address and password. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app all to no avail. I have tried logging in on Sonos .com on my Mac and still no products registered. It seems that the Sonos app is not available with the Mac OS so I am unable to try that option. I have reset and the Sonos app on my iPhone which is running the latest software update. I have Signed in and out many times and deleted and reinstalled the app. I understand there was a recent update to the app which has caused a similar problem to lots of frustrated owners...including me! Are Sonos going to fix this problem? My two Sonos systems will still play Apple Music and audio from my two TV’s but I am unable to access any of them on the IOS app or access Recently Played either, just keeps asking me to log in as owner of system!. Any advise to how to fix this please? I paid a lot of hard earned cash for these Sonos products and want them to work properly. Thanks
The Mac app is available. You need to Google ‘Sonos Mac app’ and download it from the Sonos site.
My understanding is that ‘issue’ has been resolved in the last couple or so of updates. Have you checked to see if there are updates (today, there was one I got for iOS, but I think they’re filtering, not everyone gets them simultaneously)?
if you have, then I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, as there is clearly something else going on.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I am also from NZ and today have updated the to latest IOS app and also the latest Firmware.
IOS app is 80.11.39.
Firmware is 16.4.4 (81.1-58210).
It should therefore hopefully also be available to you.
FYI: I also used to get frequent login requests but haven’t had any recently. So they possibly fixed something in the back-end as well.

Factory reset both Arc and Beam
Factory reset both Sub Minis
Deleted app
Rebooted iPhone
Reinstalled the app
Registered new account with different email address and password
Reinstalled each item in turn
All works 100% and very happy
