no access to apple music library for more than a month

I raised a ticket more than a month ago and at first Sonos tried to fix the issue - now I am stuck with no apple music library, SONOS ignoring emails and then telling me engineers are working on it - in the meantime apple keeps updating and SONOS do nothing to fix this issue - surely I am not alone??? I cannot access my music library at all

When you are not telling us what (if any) fault codes you are getting or which devices you are using (PC, Mac, what Sonos devices) and what you have already done to try and solve this, it is a bit hard to help you.

I have an apple mac and the error is 913

Sonos tried the usual fixes which did not work and they now say it was an apple update issue that they are still trying to fix - sonos basically cannot add the music library anymore…..had happened a lot with updates but this is the worst ever
