Mods should make this a sticky. That way there will be space for the usual “you have an issue with your network” complaints to get a chance to be heard again.

Did you try factory resetting your router, removing all your speakers, add them back, signing out and in again, restarting your phone, reinstalling the app twice, connecting all your devices by ethernet??

Still not able to use our new courageous app??!

Then it must be your WiFi stupid!!
