Just bought a brand new sub mini and unboxed it only for it to not be able to register on the Sonos app. I have tried both wireless and on Ethernet. This is beyond frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In my case I failed in the last step, I did not connect to the wifi network, I asked to try it over ethernet but I did not recognize it. By phone, they supported me to solve it through the monitoring of sending a diagnosis. I take around 15min (not counting the waiting time to be taken care of)
