Just purchased a Port to play music through my speakers in my home gym.  I have several Sonos products throughout the house. 
Port added to system without problem. 
Will not play Apple Music playlists. 
I have re-authorized Apple Music in the Sonos app…and Apple Music plays without issue on every other device. 
Port will play Amazon, Spotify, and Tune-In without issue.  Just will not play Apple Music. 
Has anyone else experienced this …and if so was the issue resolved? 

I have the same issue: brand new Sonos Port, everything else plays fine except Apple Music. Did you figured out a solution for this issue?


I am also having this issue, new port will not play Apple Music on it’s own, my other Sonos devices will (Arc, Older Port)

 

Any solution?


Somehow I got it working, I checked the blocked sessions in my Zenarmor firewall and noticed a lot of blocks on the ip of my iPad (running the Sonos app) these are going to cdn.optimizely.com. After whitelisting optimizely.com my new port could play Apple Music.
