Hi there,

Absolute thrash with the new Sonos app. I have got this perennial issue with my entire speakers not showing up on the Sonos app. I cannot control any of the speakers using the app. 

Can someone please advise a fix/suggestion on how to get out of this issue. It is so hard to the digest the fact that we all have spent some good amount of money and enjoy the system and now that this new software update has completely ruined it.

A little bit more information would be helpful, but for troubleshooting purposes, are you able to hardwire your Arc to your router/network?

Have you tried resetting the app and then rejoining your system?

Do you have the latest app update that came out on Monday?
