I have tried to chat; tried to call and attempted to scream out the window. The new SONOS controller app update has ruined my listening pleasure. It took years to fine tune, a lot of money, and once the system was to my liking, there was no reliable way to control it. You would think a FREE component would work. Anyone else???

I totally agree!! Completely ruined the brand as far as I’m concerned. Over something that should be relatively simple for a tech company. I can’t get my head round it at all. I’d be fired in my job!

Best bet is to revert back to the old S2 controller. for android, you can find it on APKmirror. I don't know about fruit-based products.
