Why can't I authorize Sonos Radio?

Hello ​@Humlebæk, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble authorizing Sonos Radio via the Sonos App.

As a workaround, could you try this via the Sonos Desktop Controller?

We are investigating the issue, but I do not have an ETA to share for the fix. I will reply here when I get an update for this.

I've exprieced the same issue here, is there already some update about it ?


Same problem here :-( Any news about the radio authorisation yet?

Troubles seem to be errased, sonosradio = ok
