Will I be able to use my Sonos products & the new app on my LAN if I’m not connected to the Internet?

In the past, that was fairly easy to answer. Right now, I’m not quite sure. Why not try it with your current setup, busy merely unplugging your router for the test, and after plugging it back in, come back and report to us?

I don’t plan to mess with the new app until it is in reasonable working condition. I would like to know if Sonos plans to let me control my system without being connected to the Internet.
