Question

New App - Loss of Services / Loss of Playlists

Discovered the new app had installed this evening, so far I seem unable to:-

Connect to Amazon Music

Playlists have dissapeared from the user interface

It does not seem possible to add songs to existing playlists (the options have disappeared)

The app hangs and dosen’t load from time to time and needs a re-start

It seems that this is a bit of a car crash tbh, and I wonder if there is an urgent fix coming or the ability to roll back to a previous version?

I am with the rest of the paying customers. Tried to pull up playlist today and they are gone. I can’t even get the app to load properly on my android cell phone. Most of the new boxes are grayed out. I tried un-install with re-install as well. No luck, same results. Summer is prime time for Sonos outdoors. Please fix immediately! Perhaps Sonos should consider some type of credit for the missing services. Let’s face it, if you are using Sonos products you are using them for quality along with the ability to create playlists. Without the ability to listen to your own playlist, there is a real hole in the value of the software and hardware.   Please take care of this mistake, thanks in advance.

I’am also not able to access any of my Sonos playlists on the new app. Does anyone know how to recover Sonos playlists on the new app??

Dear Playlist.

Sorry for constantly curating you.

I must of really driven you mad with all the new songs I added making that perfect Sunday morning anthem. Although, I am a little saddened that you left without even saying goodbye or giving me a heads up that you were departing.

All those years we had together. Evolving our relationship. Our shared love of music.

Hope you change your mind and decide to come back one of these days?

You are greatly missed.
