SONOS, may I (be so bold as to) suggest that you look at any and all, libraries on the sever side and client side (the app). Or any other code which is a pre-requisite for your code, for 'SMB 1 specific functions/operations'.

And if the answer to asking this is ‘it won’t be in there as that has been around forever and has always been fine’ . That is the first place I would start !!
