NetApp CIFS Share not working

Have a NetApp, trying to leverage it for NAS, I have disabled SMB1 and enabled SMB2/3 and I know that the username and password I am using is correct as I can connect from several machines to the share.

These are the settings of the NAS server, I am not sure why sonos does not work, the audit log on the NetApp states authentication issue, but I know the credentials are correct.

 

                    SMB1 Enabled: false
                  Max Buffer Size for SMB1 Message: 65535
                                      SMB2 Enabled: true
                                      SMB3 Enabled: true
                                    SMB3.1 Enabled: true
