I recently played an album from my WD NAS music library but now it always plays no matter what other album I select - on top of this issue, when I open the Albums selection some now appear 2 or 2 times whilst many list all the songs instead of the album name.
In effect I have lost all function for my music library - I was very annoyed when the images of the albums dissappeared - But this is a new level.
Ringing the Sonos helpline was no good “Our technical support team is currently offline” answer is not helpfull
