Napster on my Sonos system will not play radio, or playlists.  If I try, Sonos tells me the connection to Napster is lost.  I have rebooted Sonos, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Napster and nothing helps.  What is the problem?

The first thing I’d try is not just a reboot of Sonos (although that is a good thought), but a reboot of my router, then followed by a reboot of my Sonos devices. If that doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
