Napster connection is broken

Connectivity to Napster seems really messed up. Sometimes it can’t connect at all and gives an error that says “Something went wrong”.  Other times it connects, but only shows half of my content that should be in “My Music” and “My Artists”.  I see a longer list via the Napster website, but Sonos only sees half of it.  I restarted by wired “Port” device and it didn’t help.  The WiFi connected Roams and Hubs have the same problem.  I upgraded my Android app on my phone and it didn’t help at all.  What’s going on?

This is a Sonos problem. I have the same issues. Once Sonos updated or changed their app, lots of things broke. Sonos needs to fix this. i am a 15-year user. First time this has happened, and it is very messed up.

None of my Napster content is showing. Just the search bar. All my playlists gone. Favorites gone. Serious problem.
