My Music Library (on a remote folder) no longer shows up in the app. It had been available, searchable and working fine for quite some time. It’s still connected as I can play songs from it that are still in a queue. Any easy way to get it to show itself again?
Select Edit on your home page and confirm it is still selected to be displayed.
Thank you for the quick reply. Edit Home shows Your Services, Recently Played, and Sonos Favorites.
Clicking Manage by Your Services on the home page shows all my streaming services, but not my own music library.
Again, it’s connected and playing music, just not searchable or visible.
I’ve tried restarting and signing in and out. No change.
It should be under “Your Sources” not “Your Services” mine shows TV and Music Library in that section.
You could “force stop” the Sonos App or just reboot your controller to force it to pick up the latest system information instead of using cached data.
If that isn’t the fix, there is a note under the Music Library setup that if the library is not showing you may need to re-add it. Might be worth a try too.
Thanks. Nothing worked. So I re-added my music library. Very strange behavior though. Thanks for the replies.
