I’ve noticed today that “My Likes” playlist of Amazon Music (“Mis Favoritas” in my case) is not working anymore if I try to play it from Sonos app. Not a problem in Amazon’s app. Also no problems with different playlists.

I’m almost sure that I played it successfully some weeks ago but now, when I press the play button, an spinning circle is shown for a while and then nothing…

I’ve checked the web and it’s a similar thread in Amazon forum from the 4th of November, but no solution. The answer from Amazon staff is to follow all the “classics”, that of course I’ve done spending a lot of my Sunday’s time:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Sonos app installed ✅
  2. Deauthorize/Unlink Amazon Music from within the Sonos app ✅
  3. Sign out of the Sonos app and then restart your smartphone/tablet as well as your Sonos speakers ✅
  4. Sign back into the Sonos app, and then re-authorize Amazon Music as a linked service in the Sonos app ✅
  5. Once linked, under the Amazon Music Settings within the Sonos app there will be an option to refresh your music, which forcibly causes the app to resync your Library and Playlists ❌ [I did it in Amazon’s app, but I don’t find the way to do it in Sonos, I cleared the queue instead]
  6. Try playing your My Likes playlist again ❌ [I try, but same result]

Could somebody, please, try to play her/his playlist “My likes” form Sonos app to see what happens?

I tried this on iOS, Windows, and my own Sonos apps, no problem found, I can see the Likes playlist. (My systems are all English though).

Thanks for the answer @controlav! I thought I was alone 😅

You mean that the Amazon Music playlist called “My Likes” is played in Sonos app and it sounds? Lucky you, thanks for trying.

Sonos Support told me couple of hours ago that it’s a known issue, together with the 100 tracks limitation and that they are waiting Amazon to solve it… A ping pong match… 🏓

No body here can help? There are no Amazon users to verify my issue?

Of course, Amazon support send me to Sonos. I would try this afternoon.

“I would recommend reaching out to Sonos to see what insight they can provide. Keep us posted!”
