I’m facing an issue with Sonos where any playlist that includes tracks from my local music library won’t play properly when I start it from the mobile app. The playlist loads fine, and all the songs are visible, but tapping Play either does nothing or gets stuck on “Connecting.”
What’s strange is that the same tracks play normally if I browse the local library directly — the problem only happens when they’re inside a playlist. Streaming-service tracks inside the same playlist work without issues, so it seems specific to the ML entries.
I’ve already tried updating the music library index, rebooting my speakers and phone, checking network access, and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on what might be causing the mobile app to fail when playlists reference local library content?
