Our Sonos Move has been dormant for 7 months. I have plugged it in but haven’t been able to find my original playlists. What should I do?

SONOS is in the process of updating the pad/phone controllers and the SONOS Playlists are not yet available in the updated controllers. You can access your SONOS Playlists using the Windows controller.
SONOS Playlists are stored in the players. Don’t Factory Reset the players because this will trash your SONOS Playlists.
