Trying to manage content services but it is giving me a message that I have to sign in as the system owner.  I am signed in.  I am confused. 

Same!  Several times … online I successfully login … although the Sonos ID online and the Sonos ID in the app are different


Meaning I think that may be the issue, but it will not let me edit it in my profile so I’m thinking I may have two delete the account and the app and relearn it…. perhaps a possible solution, but I really don’t know


Your Sonos credentials (email and password) should be the same for the App and on-line. If you have at one time deleted the app on your device and factory reset your Sonos devices and upon re-installing the app you selected “Create a new system” you may have set it up with a new email address. Although that doesn’t explain why the online account would have different credentials as it mirrors whatever credentials you use in the App. You may have to call Sonos Tech support to sort things out.


Yeah getting to that point … thx for the insight.   I’ve actually. Had it for quite some time…. I’m gonna recycle through the app of starting over again and see if I get the same results.   Afterwards, I may reach out to some of those Tech Support
