For several months now if I try to update the Sonos controller when prompted by the Max controller after I’ve entered my Mac password and the install downloads it fails. I have to manually remove and re-install from the web. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it so the developers may see

We are aware of this issue and are working on bringing full support for macOS Ventura. In the meantime, manually uninstalling and then installing the new version is the way to update.
