When I try to play amazon music on my sonos move, I get loud popping sounds. Totally unacceptable! Anyone else having this problem?

I’ve never experienced this on my Move while listening to Amazon Music.

Try rebooting the Move by following these steps and rebooting your router and phone:

  1. Take Move off of the charging base.
  2. Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.

I have tried all of those things. At one time, it worked fine without any issues. However, it now makes loud pops whenever I try to play Amazon music!

I have done a factory reset for the SONOS move.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Amazon Music, Alexa, and the SONOS app.

Al to no avail!
