Has anyone else experienced this issue? Many music files which I have played successfully over several years have now mysteriously vanished. Two albums which I played only yesterday have now disappeared. I bought into Sonos a long time ago so use the Sonos1 app on both my Mac and iPhone and despite refreshing / indexing the library they have (along with numerous other albums) completely gone. They are still there in my iTunes library on my Mac but Sonos has stopped “seeing” them. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with music going missing from your Music Library.
My assumption would be that this has something to do with the files themselves, but it’s difficult to say.
I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
