I pay for Amazon music and it is my preferred music stream service.  Why am I having connection issues with just the one service but the others play just fine.  Leads me to think it’s not a wifi issue.  It is constantly going in and out with Amazon, it is unlistenable.

How long has this been happening? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Even if you believe it not a WIFi issue, you should try powering down your speakers and router/network. Wait 5 minutes. Then power on the router/network and allow it to fully boot before you power on your speakers.

If that does not help, try some of the steps found here:

This has been going on ever since the APP was updated.  I cannot stop work, turn off my router, unplug 6 speakers throughout my office each day.  Why should I have to do this when other music services play clean through my system.

Amazon music, like Apple music requires more bandwidth than other music services. This is especially so if you play lossless. You should only need to reboot once and not everyday.

Because of the way Sonos interacts with other Sonos speakers, there is always some traffic between them on your network. Its not like an IoT device that just communicates with the the cloud, its a matrix.

You can look at your Sonos speakers status by inputting this IP address into a browser:

http://:1400/status

It will give you the status of your speakers connection to your network and will show issues in red or yellow.

The other alternative is to wait for the problem to appear,  submit a diagnostic and call Support to have it looked at.
