I am very disappointed by the long lasting ´alarm issue ´ and I’m sure not the only one. 
 

What do you suggest ?

I’d suggest calling Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I would prefer a written procedure and, if possible, in french.
