My login will work on the desktop website, but will not work on the smartphone app so I can control My sonos Move speakers with the network. I have even tried to change my password and it still tells me password/username incorrect.

You are not using a mesh network, are you? Some mesh networks break things into separate subnets, which makes communicating with the Sonos devices challenging, but shouldn’t impact your ability to log in to the mobile controller (unless you’re running a VPN of some type.
