Logging into Sonos App

I had some network issues and had to reset my wifi router. Since do this, I’ve been logged out of my Sonos app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and I can’t log in again. When I hit the link to log in, the app opens a blank page in my browers and stops there. Occasionally I do get to a page where I can enter my email and password, but it won’t progress any further from that.

Try turning off your cell data and just connect to the wifi that your Sonos is connected to.

I tried that, but no luck. Ive also tried logging into my acount on the app on my tablet and that doesn't work either (no cell data on my tablet).
