+1. I can’t set alarms because search doesn’t work and neither Android and iOS app allow you to browse (like a normal app), only search.

I am sorry to hear that Music Library searching is not working for you.
I was just now able to search my own Music Library, so I am unable to replicate your issue.
I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. If there is an issue, we will need to investigate.
