Current Problems:

  1. Recently Played, whenever local library music played, CAN NOT click and play again!!! It shows not available and grey.
  2. Online Streaming services like Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify is obviously lower sound volume, than local Library. It's been over years! (Using Sonos AMP, Arc and Era300s)
  3. No Live Activity, No Control Center, No Widgets and No iOS dynamic Island control!! This is been over years missing features. 3rd party app can even do better than Sonos official.
  4. No Apple TV tvOS / Android TV app, not allow users to control or display the music album cover in large display. It’s not good for consumers to enjoy the music playing.
  1. Interesting discovery. What did Sonos Support say, when you called in about this?
  2. Possibly. Not sure why it matters if the maximum volume remains the same, if the previous 20 now requires 22 (or similar numbers). Not something I’m overly concerned about, I use my ears, not numbers, to adjust the volume of music/audio I listen to. 
  3. This has been covered before, many, many times, and is due to changes in the way Apple (and Google) have changed over the years, which has forced Sonos to remove these features.
  4. No significant comment, I’d love these, but splitting Sonos programming talent even more is slightly concerning. Maybe they raise prices by the equivalent of $50 for each device, so that they can both hire the talent necessary to write these, but also the extra folks required to maintain it, from engineering, QA, design, and the various means of support. Which makes me wonder if $50 per device is enough to cover the extra costs involved. 

# 4 - I just use my Amazon Music app on the TV if I want to play and see the music. The Amazon app on my TV is quite nice.
