LivePhish+ and nugs.net - Unable to add to Sonos on app or PC

I am unable to add either LivePhish+ or nugs.net to my Sonos system. When I try to "add service", I get the verification code, it correctly redirects me to Livephish.com verification page. That verification page works correctly with the correct code, and I click Verify. I then see "Device verified successfully" from the LivePhish page. Back on the Sonos app on Android (or PC browser - same issue), I get "Error - unable to add LivePhish+ account”. Same exact issue with nugs.net. Please fix this!!

Hi @EmilyLong17

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issue you’ve had with adding your LivePhish+ account to your Sonos system.

I was unable to replicate this issue when adding our LivePhish+ test account to my own Sonos system. As a result, I recommend that you reboot all the devices involved - restart your speakers by unplugging them, reboot your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds, and restart your phone/tablet too.

If this does not fix the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - they will also be able to try our test account on your system to see if there is a difference in behaviour.

I hope this helps.
