Linking to separate Qobuz accounts

My wife and I have separate Sonos and separate Qobuz (Duo) accounts. I have linked the relevant Sonos and Qobuz accounts on different mobile phones. We can send music to the Sonos speakers as would be expected, but my wife continues to see and add to my Qobuz music, playlists, etc and is unable to make her own separate music lists. We are also unable to play different music on different speakers (which is a pain if one of us is watching TV through the Arc). Is there a solution to this?

Many thanks for finding the time to reply. I had seen the multiple accounts FAQ, but it unfortunately didn’t help.

However, after much deleting and re-installing of apps, I have found the solution. I will explain it here in case anyone else has the same problem (hoping that this isn’t already buried in a FAQ somewhere!). When setting up the link to Qobuz in the Sonos app, when asked to give the account a name, I had been leaving it as the default ‘Qobuz’ and assumed that Sonos would know which Qobuz account to use as the individual email of the Sonos app was the same as the corresponding Qobuz account. So, instead I linked my Sonos app to Qobuz and gave it the name ‘Qobuz 1’. I then set up my wife’s and gave it the name ‘Qobuz 2’. Everything worked perfely then. As the Sonos admin on my system, I can see both accounts and my wife can see just hers.

I think the multiple accounts per service FAQ may be helpful to you.
