Linking amazon music to my sonos,

Hi

I have been trying to add Amazon music to my sonos, but Amazons message is that it has sent an OTP code to my email and I don’t receive it, the email that they sent it is a good one, I have tried and tried again and again, their is no choice availlable to send it by text, Can someone help me.

Again, perhaps an obvious question: have you checked your Amazon account to ensure your Amazon-account email is what you think it is?

I’ve the Amazon app installed (the shop one) and it seems it does an online checking with the app credentials and it gets installed.

I don’t remember any code sending.

Again, perhaps an obvious question: have you checked your Amazon account to ensure your Amazon-account email is what you think it is?

Yes I have, it is the correct email.
