I have been trying to add Amazon music to my sonos, but Amazons message is that it has sent an OTP code to my email and I don’t receive it, the email that they sent it is a good one, I have tried and tried again and again, their is no choice availlable to send it by text, Can someone help me.

Again, perhaps an obvious question: have you checked your Amazon account to ensure your Amazon-account email is what you think it is?
You checked your spam folder? Kinda hate to ask that but it happens.
+7I’ve the Amazon app installed (the shop one) and it seems it does an online checking with the app credentials and it gets installed.
I don’t remember any code sending.
