Hello,

I was using “les Indés Radios” services, but now I get the message "Unable to browse radio."

I've deleted and re-added the service, but I still get the same message.

I'm completely up to date.

I installed the service from the list provided by Sonos.

How can I use “Les Indés Radios” service on Sonos?

As for as i know. this error usually happens when the radio service is temporarily offline or changed its streaming setup. Make sure your Sonos app is up to date and try removing and adding the service again. If it still fails, it’s likely a temporary issue with the station, and you may need to wait or check with Sonos support.

thank you for your response.
For " Make sure your Sonos app is up to date and try removing and adding the service again. ", All is upto date and I have already carried out these ations xx times since the problem, the last time, just before opening this request 😔.
As for waiting, I've been waiting for several months already and nothing. I haven't heard back from support but I will try again.
