Latest upgrade

I have owned Sonos products for many years and this latest upgrade has robbed me of the use of my Arc and 2 subwoofers. They won’t connect to the system giving an error message. My 5’s and SL’s work as single elements but this is not good enough. The other problem areas mentioned by the very many disgruntled members also apply to me. I ask that you revert back to the previous iOS version while you go back and fix the many issues. I paid a lot of money for your products and insist you give me an app that enables me to use all the functions.

The new app is simply..... Making me thing about selling my Sonos.

 

Being a longtime owner of Sonos products and really enjoyed them, this "event" is killing the joy.

 

This morning the app couldnt even find my system. I cannot play favourites, and as we all know playlists is no longer a feature.

 

@Sonos please downgrade the APP AsAp
