Hi anybody noticed sound on Amazon music not as good after latest update? Sounds less clear more bassy.Going to do another trueplay see if that helps.

I’m sorry to hear that Amazon Music isn’t sounded as clear as it did previously.
The changes for the update on the 16th were UI changes, the Phillips Hue integration, and Android 8 & 9 entering limited compatibility mode. There hasn’t been any mention of any changes to music services and if there was an unexpected change I’d assume we’d see a lot more people chatting about it on the community.
Do you notice the issue on both your Play:1 and Play:3? If it’s only happening on one speaker, it’s possible that it could be a hardware failure. I’d first recommend checking that the bass in your EQ settings isn’t maxed out, and if performing Trueplay helps like you suggested.
