So great,  new leadership, new update that supposedly fixes the volume control issues - but now my Pandora Account (while playing - I'm actively listening to a song) - Sonos says 'No Content's and you cannot pause or skip or change tracks.

One step forward, two steps back.  Somebody PLEASE get this godforsaken app to work like it used to!!!!!

Hi @wnschoen

Thanks for your post!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with browsing Pandora on your Sonos system.

I am unable to compare behaviour as I don’t live in a region with Pandora availability. Could you please try removing Pandora from your Sonos system, then add it back on again? Please stop playback before doing so.

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

I hope this helps.

Pandora stopped working for me as well. Removing and re-adding does not work. It’s just been a disaster this past year

Did you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

My Pandora now has commercials which it never had before.  I pay for the service but I’m unable to change the settings.  Any ideas?

I don’t use Pandora, but I’d try removing it from Sonos, then adding it back, which would force a new handshake with the Pandora authorization servers. Sonos only plays what they’re handed by the streamer’s servers, so it’s up to Pandora as to what you hear.
