I have loaded the latest update and when I try to connect to my system a message saying No products found. What is going on.

If you haven't give the controller a couple minutes to connect. If it doesn't fully close it and start it again, give it a couple minutes. That has worked for me with previous updates.
If it fails power down all Sonos, reboot the router and power the Sonos back up.
