Lack of stability

It’s now late November and I am still having big delays, occasional speaker dropout and in inability to connect to my Sonos system via the app. this all went really bad after the infamous big app update.

Is anybody else still having these issues? And is there any communications coming from Sonos about this? I’ve gone all in on a lot of Sonos kit around my house and the experience, when you consider the cost, is terrible. At times, it’s just not possible to play music, or change the music, to change the volume, or even stop/start it. It’s so frustrating. Seeing the marketing all over the place, which claims to be a premium system, just rubs it in.

Are all your Sonos and Controllers on the latest versions?  The latest are much improved but far from perfect.

Not much official communication here, seems to be some official stuff on reddit.

Many of the changes put a lot and different stress on your networking so what was good may now need tweaked. The FAQ has good info if you search on wiifi. If that doesn't fix things post back with more details on your setup and see if others have suggestions.
