Trying to add NAS ip address using sonos app on Android phone. When I get to add address, keyboard on phone doesn't appear. I've try resetting and using other device (android tablet) but have been unsuccessful.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Restart your phone as well.
You can use the PC or Mack app to add the folder, but I would also contact Sonos support to see if this is a known problem.

I’d also be tempted to check the size settings of the font on this Android device. I’d be wondering if the ‘keyboard’ is being pushed ‘off screen’ by the larger font on the display. It shouldn’t, I agree, but it might be worth double checking.
