Is anyone els still not able to set an alarm of any kind on the app? It lets you set it up then your check back and it’s gone….yes everything is up to date. It’s been MONTHS since the alarms disappeared they are bound to have a fix
I only have the one Sonos alarm saved for use in our Main Bedroom, but that remains saved/works okay. In fact I just removed and re-added it, just to see and it’s still there after closing/reopening the App (Im using iOS controller FWIW) and it does not disappear.
If your issue persists after perhaps resetting the Sonos App and rebooting the local router, then it perhaps maybe best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
Just added another alarm to a Sonos Move (gen 1) called ‘Portable’ and that’s staying put too… even if I repeatedly close/reopen the App.
As a further thought, could your speaker that you’re saving the Alarm to, be dropping its connection to the LAN, perhaps, or maybe not being discovered by your Sonos controller App?
… and the usual alarm worked fine at 8am this morning to play my local mix playlist at 8am. I grabbed a screenshot. So alarm I recreated last night is working here, so nothing appears to have been changed in any recent update etc.
