I connect all my items (amp, Move2 and Era 100), but the dissappear from the app. I can still play spotify through spotify, bit in Sonos app there is cero… This is my first experience with Sonos and I am not impressed..

In most cases that’s an issue with your home network. Mostly if there are wifi repeaters, non compatible mesh systems, non fixed wifi channels etc.
You can give more information about your setup or directly call Sonos support. They can run some diagnostics with you and take a closer look at what in detail happens on your system.
